Here is a little bit about our company in September of 2008 we started JC Custom Welding, LLC and started our manufacturing business in Angola Kansas we later moved to Great Bend Kansas and that is where it all begins. In June of 2009 we received our first phone call on a Grain Trailer and we didn't have a building nor the steel to manufacture that trailer. Joe was in Washington State trucking across trying to get back home. He got home on that Saturday and we had our building on that Sunday Joe ordered the steel in on Monday and on Tuesday we was building a trailer he had the trailer completed by June 19th when the customer wanted it by. It was a struggle but after that first trailer we started do doing business with a dealer our of Nebraska and he continued on through the months of August through Novemeber. In that time we had several other customers that we built trailers for all over Kansas. It has been a great year in 6 months we have made 50 trailers and are still going strong. We now have a dealer in Nebraska, Missouri and hopefully have 2 right here in Kansas. I am posting several pictures from the start to the finished product. We are striving everyday to make our trailers better and stronger for all the farmers out there. We customize our trailers to fit their specific needs like any color shurloc tarp, side walls, tires, windows, side chutes and so on. There is so much we can offer we can do either remanufactured axles to new axles.
